Today is the last day of Children’s Institute. I’m exhausted but exhilarated by all of the wonderful people i’ve met, the inspiring conversations I’ve had, and of course, am THRILLED with all of the new books I’ve picked up! I’m going to have to do a debrief post at some point, but for now, on this final day of the conference, here’s one of the not-yet-published books being promoted here at the conference that I’ve already read and am talking up like crazy.

Seriously, one of the worst days of my life was realizing this was the first in a trilogy and that I had just finished book 1, with no release date for #2 or #3 yet. Not to be dramatic or anything, but LIFE OVER. Luckily, the world is full of amazing books to read, but still, I’m mentally counting down to a day I don’t know yet, when I can pick up the next Seafire fantasy.
